How is your leadership showing up in practice?

Three connected orange circles with 2 images of female leaders and one male leader, all suited and smart.

You probably already know quite a lot about leadership.

You may have attended leadership development, read theory books, listened to leadership podcasts or simply learned through experience.

But knowing about leadership and putting it into practice every day are not always the same thing.

The Leadership in Practice Audit gives you a chance to step back and reflect on how your leadership is showing up right now.

Free | Reflective | Practical | Takes just a few minutes

Leadership development is not only about learning something new.

Sometimes the most useful thing you can do is stop long enough to notice what is already happening.

Where do you feel confident? Where has your leadership grown? Where are you being intentional? And where might there be an opportunity to strengthen your practice?

The Leadership in Practice Audit is designed to help you take that step back.

It is not an assessment of whether you are a “good” or “bad” leader.

There is no perfect score.

It is simply a structured opportunity to reflect on your leadership and notice what might deserve your attention next.

What will you reflect on?

The audit looks at different aspects of your day-to-day leadership practice. It will help you think about areas such as:

  • how clearly you lead and communicate what matters

  • how intentionally you show up as a leader

  • the impact you have on the people around you

  • how you create clarity, trust and accountability

  • how confidently you make and communicate decisions

  • how you support growth in others

  • how you stay steady and effective when leadership feels demanding

The aim is not to find fault. It is to help you recognise what is already working well and identify where you may want to develop further.

This is for you if you want to lead with greater intention

You lead people and want to do that well.

You care about the impact you have on others.

You want your leadership to feel intentional rather than reactive.

You value development, reflection and continuing to grow.

And you recognise that leadership is something we keep practising, not something we ever completely finish learning.
