Result: You see where your load is coming from — and what can change.
We’ll explore the moments that quietly overload your week
Bring one situation where you struggle to say no.
We’ll work through:
What’s driving your response (guilt, expectation, identity)
What your capacity actually looks like
How to respond in a way that protects both your time and your relationships
You’ll leave with words you can use immediately.
We’ll work through what to do when everything feels urgent
We’ll take a current challenge and break it down into:

What you can influence
What is outside your control
